    Bamboo Sushi represents a new concept in dining. Here is what makes us different:

    We are sustainable, and we can prove it. We maintain transparency and accountability for our customers through our multiple, nationally recognized certifications and rigorous, independent, third-party audits.

    2. Value.

    Too often, sustainability comes at a premium. We believe that doing the right thing should not cost more, so at Bamboo Sushi, it doesn’t. We strive to provide the highest quality products available while maintaining a reasonable price point.

    3. Selection.

    Choosing to eat sustainably no longer has to be equated with limited choices. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that our menu is as diverse and interesting as possible. Our menu reflects a wide range of contemporary Japanese cuisine. In addition to our perfectly cut sashimi and nigiri, we also offer Kobe steaks, hot udon soups, fresh salads, and grilled fish, allowing us to cater to each of our customer’s unique tastes.
